Difference in Surgical Assistant vs Operating Room Specialist?

Hi there. Ive signed into the Army as a 68Delta which is known as an Operating Room Specialist. I was told that an ORS is the same thing as a Surgical Assistant. However, when i go to compare the salaries in my city, the Surgical Assistant makes around 38k a year rather than the ORS makes around 67k a year. Whats the difference here and what will i be after i completed my Training with the Army?
