Needing insight on Utah Visitation Laws?

We are getting ready to pick up the kids, today, from their mother for extended visitation (4 weeks) We have followed all the guidelines thus far and provided the 30 days advance notice to the mother and the court. Yesterday she sent an email saying that she would not let them come if we don't give her the name address and phone number to the childcare provider, because she is going to pick them up early from the babysitter on her visitation days during our time. Also, she says that she will not send ANY clothes for the kids because things have been left at our house and she is sick of it. There was a mistake in ORS papers and HR at work and over the last 7 months, he has brought home $0 on every paycheck and we are still fighting to get it fixed..... So my questions are; do we have to give her the daycare information during our uninterrupted time (daycare already has her info in case on an emergency) ? Is she allowed to pick them up early (she is supposed to follow the same guidelines we follow when she has them and she wont allow us to pick them up early)? And also, isn't she supposed ti supply their clothes because she is the custodial parent? Thanks for any insight, also if anyone know the actual rules please let me know. Thank you!
