Child Visitation - Disbar the lawyer?
A friend of mine is going through Family court hell. In Oregon, when a parenting plan is etablished, a visitation plan, ORS 107.102, MUST be also included. My friends ex-husbands mother filed a motion of custody and this document was not included. So, can the court order be voided and the attorny be disbarred?
