How do i get a guy who says they want to be my friend to like me again?

Okay so i never liked him. But he always said cute nice stuff. Then i started to like him, he really really liked me.. Ad finally i couldnt take it no mroe so i just said, i like you. SO then he was like i really liked u too i just didnt know how to say tht. Now tht was in november, now its january and nothin ever happened. Like we never kissed, nothing it was ridiculous, but i didnt wana push myself onto him. Then like last week he strted ignoring me and ditching me, so i was like do u even like me anymore? And he said, I want to be your friend. And tht really really hurt, because he liked me way more than i liked him.The last time he talked to me was tuesday and he said im sorry, i still want to be friends. SO i was liuke can we still chill and stuff? He never answered. I got so pissed, because he said i want to be your friend still though. But the night before he told me he djust wanted to be my friend, he sent me a drunk text saying lol....i know how im going to make it up to you, im going to use my tongue to give you an orgasm. Then about twelve hours later he says i want to be your friend. So im just like wtf?! Were 18 too. And now i dont know what to do... He says he wants to be my friend but he hasnt talked to me since tuesday, and the last time i spoke to him was on facebook messaging on thursday and i sent him message on how i felt. And he never answered, but idk if hes confused ors omething or if theres another girl. But he said the weirdest things and he really liked me alot... But shud i ever text him again? Or shud i wait? I mean i dont know if he was just scared or what...
