Cold rice dishes, need recipe ideas?

So, I need some rice ideas. I have some rice that I want to bring to lunch tomorrow, however I don't have my thermos, so I won't be able to warm it up, and I was wondering, does anybody have any good cold rice dishes? A rice saldad ors omething?
