Child Visitation and Stress?

The only thing I can tell you is that you can only lay down rules if they're court ordered. You can't force him into child support and you can't take away his right to visit his child without taking him to court. So, you either deal with how things are going now or you put your foot down (got to court) and demand that he pay his share of the responsibilities for caring for your child and that visitation be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
